Here for The Girls

Walking onto the Here for the Girls campus, we knew immediately this was something special. The energy was warm, the people were real, and the sense of purpose in every room was impossible to ignore, it wasn't just an organization, it was a family. Getting to point our cameras at moments like that is exactly why we do what we do.
Here for the Girls is a Williamsburg-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring no young woman faces breast cancer alone. Focused on women diagnosed under the age of 50, they fill a gap that too many women fall through, offering in-person community support groups, a nationwide 24/7 online network called Pink Link, and personalized outreach through trained facilitators who are survivors themselves.
RVA Fashion Week

Walking into RVA Fashion Week, we had no idea just how much it would open our eyes. The energy hit different the moment we stepped through the door. Designers, stylists, models, makeup artists, and creatives of every kind all moving with purpose under one roof. It was one of those experiences that reminds you how rich the creative community around us truly is and how much talent exists right here in our own backyard. Getting to document that world through our lens was nothing short of inspiring.

Focused on building a life rooted in love and loyalty, they bring out something in each other that too many people spend a lifetime searching for. An easy laughter, a deep comfort, and a connection that shows up in the quiet moments just as much as the big ones.

Rio Foto brings over eleven years of experience to the table, serving Williamsburg and the greater Hampton Roads area with branding photography that bridges corporate precision and real artistic vision.
From polished headshots and editorial campaigns to event coverage and product imagery, they know how to make a brand look exactly the way it should feel. When Vü Media's cinematography and Rio Foto's photography are in the same room, clients walk away with a complete visual identity that tells their story in every format.
